Trace Medical Acquires Bio-One, Inc.

WHITMORE LAKE, Michigan – Trace Medical, the national leader in advanced respiratory rentals and biomedical services has announced the acquisition of Bio-One, Inc., a factory authorized biomedical services company also based in Michigan.

Greg Apostolou, Chief Executive Officer of Trace Medical, stated “Bio-One has been an essential partner to Trace over several years of exponential growth. The integration of Bio-One will create a seamless internal service and maintenance process, and more importantly, will provide a compelling service solution to the provider community.

The acquisition of Bio-One marks the second biomedical services acquisition by Trace Medical in Q1 2023.
