The Life2000® Ventilation System from Breathe Technologies may help COPD and other pulmonary-compromised patients live a more normal life— being more mobile, enjoying more activities, and living with far greater freedom. With stationary and wearable configurations, this ventilator gives hope to adult patients requiring invasive/non-invasive mechanical ventilation.

MAKING VENTILATION LIVABLE

  • Allows patients to participate more fully in life and perform activities of daily living (ADLs) inside and outside their homes*

  • Helps patients experience true mobility while feeling secure and confident about their therapy

  • Lets patients talk while wearing the comfortable nasal pillows interface

  • Provides audible and visual signals to help patients correctly use the device

*Patients may experience lower dyspnea, fatigue, and discomfort during ADLs¹

AdjustABLE to fit patient needs

  • Ventilation is variable, with three prescription settings that patients can easily select according to their activity level: rest, moderate activity, or exertion

  • Adjustable trigger sensitivity lets patients synchronize breathing based on their comfort, reducing patient calls and unnecessary in-home clinician visits

  • Not limiting for active patients during inspiration

WearABLE for true patient mobility

  • The Life2000® Ventilation System is the first modular ventilator designed to facilitate ambulation

  • One-pound detachable ventilator is easy to use and can be secured to a belt or waistband with an optional belt clip

  • User-friendly design includes a comfortable and discreet nasal pillows interface and thin, up to 50-foot tubing for easy mobility

  • Rechargeable ventilator battery lasts up to four hours of normal use

Clinical applications

  • Early hospital mobilization: can help patients in ICU settings transition from complete bed rest to early mobility milestones of sitting, standing, and walking

  • In-home ventilation and rehabilitation: helps facilitate ambulation, which can reduce the risk of additional exacerbations and unplanned hospitalizations

CONTINUOUS VENTILATION TECHNOLOGY

  • POV®(Proportional Open Ventilation®) technology provides continuous, around-the-clock ventilation

  • Allows patients to get additional flow when needed regardless of the inspiratory time setting

VERSITILE & COMFORTABLE INTERFACE

  • Low-profile tubing (5-7 mm vs. 22 mm)

  • Venturi-effect technology allows higher volume delivery

  • Detect patient’s spontaneous breathing using sensor ports in the Breathe Pillows Interface™, Breathe Pillows Entrainment Interface, and Breathe Universal Circuit™ connector
