As our industry is constantly evolving, we continuously train and educate our team to ensure we become the leading service provider for biomedical services nationally.

How Many Years of Experience Do You Have and How Many Years Have Your Been at Trace Medical?

I have 25 years of experience in the DME industry. While I’m brand new to the Trace Medical Team, I was previously the owner of Medequip Service Solutions. We were recently acquired by Trace Medical as part of the strategy to rapidly develop a true national biomedical footprint.

What is Your Favorite Part of Your Job?

First and foremost, I would say my favorite part of this position is working closely with our customers while understanding their needs and providing solutions to them.  I also love working with our incredible team to implement new procedures to improve our internal efficiencies to ensure customers and the patients we collectively are better served.

What Does the Typical Day Look Like for You at Trace Medical?

I would have to say that I rarely have a typical day. The majority of my days are occupied by planning for service center growth. This includes evaluating the current workload, KPIs, parts inventory, technician training, and maintaining an overall workflow for the service center.

What is One Thing You Wish Everyone Knew about Trace Medical?

In my short time here at Trace Medical I have found that this is a very close working team. Everybody is so motivated to help each other succeed.

I’m proud and impressed that all the divisions within Trace Medical work seamlessly to guarantee a positive customer and patient experience – always. I truly believe this is the main reason that Trace Medical is the nation’s leading ventilator rental supplier.

What Do You Like to do in Your Free Time?

I enjoy spending my free time camping and boating with family, friends and of course my 3 dogs.

If You Could go Anywhere in the World, Where Would it Be?

I actually would stay right here in the US. An extended RV trip up and down both the East and West coast seems like a dream vacation to me.
