What is Your Job Title and What Do You Do at Trace Medical?
Title: Customer Care Representative
What she does: Providing world-class customer service to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our customers by bringing value to all areas of our business.
How Many Years of Experience Do You Have and How Many Years Have Your Been at Trace Medical?
I have 10+ years of customer service experience from positions in catering, food service and hotel operations. I recently began my job at Trace Medical at the end of May 2023.
What is Your Favorite Part of Your Job?
My favorite part of the job so far has been the overwhelming amount of support and friendliness from my co-workers as I learn the ropes of my new position.
What Does the Typical Day Look Like for You at Trace Medical?
The typical day for me consists of communicating between the Trace Medical and Biomedical teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
What is One Thing You Wish Everyone Knew about Trace Medical?
One thing I wish everyone knew about Trace Medical is that they are willing to develop the skills of their associates. Although I have not previously worked in the Medical Supply industry, they saw my potential from my extensive background in customer service and gave me the opportunity to expand my knowledge.
What Makes You Proud About Working at Trace Medical?
I’m proud to work at Trace Medical because my team wants me to succeed and grow in my position.
What Do You Like to do in Your Free Time?
I enjoy spending time outside as often as possible. My favorite activities include kayaking, skiing, camping, and going to concerts.
If You Could go Anywhere in the World, Where Would it Be?
If I could go anywhere in the world, I would drive down the Florida Keys.
