Today, we are excited to introduce you to some of the incredible individuals who make up our Customer Care team.
Meet: Felisha Taylor
What is your role at Trace Medical?
Customer Service Manager. I manage the Customer Service Department, along with all the activities and transactions pertaining to it, ensuring we provide unparalleled customer service!
How long have you been with the company?
I joined Trace Medical three years ago.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Providing world-class customer service to our customers and care providers that help improve the lives of people who need care.
What do you find most rewarding about your work?
The great relationships and partnerships that we have with our customers.
How would you describe the team culture at Trace Medical?
Our culture is that of a family. Everyone from the top to the bottom possesses the same kindness, compassion, and dedication for helping others.
What hobbies or interests do you have outside of work?
I love bowling and anything to do with being near, on, or in a lake or ocean.
What was your dream job as a child?
My dream job was to become a pharmacist.
What's your favorite movie or tv show, and why?
The Notebook. It shows how true love can stand the test of time and any circumstance.
If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?
Time-travel. Not to change history, but to see first-hand how and why life, people, and societies evolved or events happened.
Meet: Amy Chaudhry
What is your role at Trace Medical?
Operations Manager.
How long have you been with the company?
Two years.
What do you find most rewarding about your work?
The most rewarding part of my job is the result – where patients get the life-saving equipment they need. I love to see the messages from customers where a patient had a great outcome or has been able to spend time with family due to the mobility our equipment has provided to them.
How would you describe the team culture at Trace Medical?
Trace Medical has a great team culture! Everyone shares the same values, a positive attitude, and we all have mutual respect and a common goal.
What makes the Trace Medical customer service team unique?
All the members of the Trace Medical Customer Service team go above and beyond to help our customers every day!
What hobbies or interests do you have outside of work?
I am married with three kids, ages 8, 9, and 13 so time out of work is spent with family. Depending on the time of year, we are either on a soccer field, baseball diamond, or at the pool. We have a boat and try to spend time there enjoying the sunset most weekends.
Would you rather never have to sleep or never have to eat and why?
I would rather never have to sleep as I could always use more hours in a day!
If you could eat only one food for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Pizza – no explanation necessary – it’s just perfect! Topped with all the veggies!
If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?
I love to travel, and teleportation would save a lot of time and money!
Meet: Anna Lukens
What is your role at Trace Medical?
Customer Service Representative.
How long have you been with the company?
I joined Trace Medical over a year ago.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy building positive relationships with customers by learning about their needs and preferences to better provide the best service possible.
What do you find most rewarding about your work?
The most rewarding thing about working at Trace Medical is knowing that I have a part in helping healthcare professionals obtain the necessary supplies to care for their patients.
How would you describe the team culture at Trace Medical?
I would describe the team culture at Trace Medical as unifying. Each person on the Trace team plays an integral part in reaching the common goal of providing the best service for our customers.
What hobbies or interests do you have outside of work?
My hobbies outside of work include going to concerts and spending time outdoors – hiking, kayaking, skiing, and camping.
What was your dream job as a child?
My dream job as a child was broadcast journalism.
If you could eat only one food for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Buttered noodles with freshly grated parmesan cheese. My favorite comfort food!
If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?
If I could have a superpower, I would want to be able to teleport. I could travel wherever I want without needing to pay for gas or airplane tickets. I also wouldn’t need to stay in a hotel because I could teleport back home at the end of the day!
