Rhon Pannell

BSEET, MPM – Founder & Chairman of the Board

Rhon has over 30 years of experience in the medical industry, with a focus in advanced respiratory products and care. During his first 20 years, Rhon held positions in sales, marketing, key account management, and operations for Puritan Bennett, Viasys, and North American Draeger, where he developed a passion for creative business solutions to optimize patient outcomes.

Since the inception of Trace Medical in 2004, Rhon has dedicated himself to the cultivation of a strong market presence, meaningful manufacturer and customer relationships, and a value proposition that separates Trace Medical from its competitors.

Rhon received a Bachelors Degree of Electronic Engineering Technology in 1985 and a Masters Degree in Project Management.


Greg Apostolou

Chief Executive Officer

Greg brings over 30 years of financial and operations management to Trace Medical. He began his career in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand, and has held senior executive positions in both public and privately-owned companies.

Prior to joining Trace, he served as Chief Services Officer of Joerns Healthcare, a $300M service provider and distributor of medical products, where he was responsible for a national service network of approximately 1,000 associates. Greg has also held President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Executive Officer positions, where his multi-industry experience drove record growth, while ensuring optimal customer service and patient care. His multi-functional executive experience ensures the efficient delivery of healthcare solutions to Trace Medical customers and the patients we collectively serve. 

Greg, a Certified Public Accountant, received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.


Carl Reid

BS, RRT, LRCP - Co-Chairman of the Board

Carl has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry.  He began the first 16 years of his career at the University of Michigan Health System as a clinician and later as Director of Respiratory Care.  Since that time he has been involved in medical product sales, distribution, biomedical service and equipment rental.  This experience has included product development and FDA approval at Specialized Products Inc., product distribution and equipment rental at Associated Medical Supply and later for Critical Care Concepts.   The combination of clinical, administrative and private sector business provides him a unique understanding of utilization and application of medical devices.

Carl’s role at Trace Medical is both operational as well as financial management.   Frequent dialogue with customers and caregivers allows Trace to continually support solutions that allows for optimum patient care with the latest in technology, affordably.

Carl is a Registered Respiratory Care Provider and he is licensed in the state of Michigan.  He earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Siena Heights University.


Elliot Campbell

MBA - EVP & Chief Commercial Officer

Elliot brings nearly 25 years of experience in the Medical Equipment Rentals Industry to Trace Medical. His prior roles in Operations, Sales & Marketing, Corporate Development, and Acquisitions allow him the ability to drive cross functional initiatives within the organization while ensuring the needs of Trace’s customers and the patients they serve are met clinically and economically.

Prior to joining Trace Medical, he was VP of Corporate Development & Strategic Alliances for Joerns RecoverCare where he co-led the acquisition of a division of a publicly traded competitor. He also managed Joerns RecoverCare’s numerous key corporate accounts in Acute Care, Long Term Acute Care, and Long Term Care. His ability to evaluate customer needs and implement strategies that provide desirable economic and clinical outcomes for patients, caregivers, and the company is paramount to Trace’s continued success.

Elliot earned his BS in Finance from Northeastern State University and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University.


Dallas Johnson

Chief Technology Officer

Dallas Johnson has an impressive background in business and information technology, with over 25 years of experience in management and infrastructure development. As the Chief Technology Officer at Trace Medical, Dallas is responsible for designing and implementing the functional and technical aspects of the business strategy, as well as developing the infrastructure to execute its components.

Dallas' current efforts are focused on integrating Trace Medical's enterprise partners, improving operational efficiency, and integrating the software platforms of acquired companies. He brings a wealth of experience to this role, having co-founded a digital services firm where he led his team through two decades of digital and operational innovation, landing his firm on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list in 2017.

Dallas studied Information Systems and Economics at the University of Tulsa, which demonstrates his commitment to continuous learning and growth. He is dedicated to achieving excellence in every aspect of his work, and his visionary leadership and business acumen make him a valuable asset to the Trace Medical team.


Clint Geffert

Chief Growth Officer

Clint’s extensive 30 years of healthcare experience across various sectors including home care, acute care, long-term care, government, and regulatory affairs provides a diverse knowledge base and experience to Trace Medical.  His past roles as President, Commercial Division for React Health and President of VGM & Associates, equip him to comprehend the unique needs of customers and lead internal initiatives focused on achieving customer success.

As Chief Growth Officer, Clint will play a critical role in developing and executing growth strategies that align with Trace Medical’s objectives while fulfilling our customer’s needs.  Clint will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, identifying innovative products and/or services, and expanding the company’s presence within the market.

Clint enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 sons in various outdoor activities and traveling.

He has a Bachelors of Business Administration, Majoring in Management and an Associates in Applied Sciences, Major Respiratory Therapy (RRT) from Texas State University.


Dave Buck

National Sales Director

Dave Buck brings over 30 years of healthcare experience with a focus on rental and sale of Durable Medical Equipment, Respiratory and Wound Care Products. He has worked across a wide range of healthcare markets including expertise in home care, long term care, hospice and the VA markets.  His prior role as Vice President of Sales at Therapy Support and National HME included work in Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales Management, Operations and Third-Party Contract negotiation. Relationship building with a priority placed on the needs of the customer has been his approach throughout his career.

In his current role as National Sales Director at Trace Medical, Dave’s efforts are focused on business development, expanding Trace Medical’s commercial team and expanding the Trace brand nationally.  His sales and management experience have contributed to Trace’s continued growth and expanded reach throughout the country.

Dave earned his BS in Business Administration from Miami University and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College.


Rachel Marion

Sales Specialist

Rachel is the newest member of the Trace Medical team – joining Trace as our Sales Specialist in 2021. Prior to joining Trace Medical, Rachel worked in Sales Operations assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing teams for a Regional Medical Equipment supplier with a focus on ventilator market development. She has extensive experience creating and managing customer outreach campaigns focusing on target customers and identifying new sales opportunities.

Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the Williams College of Business at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.


Felisha Taylor

Customer Service Manager 

Felisha brings over 25 years of Customer Service Leadership to Trace Medical.  In her current role as Customer Service Manager, Felisha’s efforts are focused on monitoring, evaluating, and improving the ordering process and internal procedures to ensure our customers enjoy an industry leading customer experience.

Prior to joining Trace Medical, she served as the Customer Service Manager for Joerns RecoverCare where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the call center.  While leading a team of Customer Service Associates she was successful in handling over 1,000 calls daily while maintaining all phone KPI’s and non-phone SLA’s above 93% monthly.

Felisha studied Pre-Pharmacy and Health Care Administration at the University of the Pacific and Texas Southern University.


Amy Chaudhry

Operations Manager

Joining Trace in 2021, Amy brings over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry to Trace Medical. Throughout her career Amy has delivered multidimensional management excellence to the pulmonary rehabilitation sector and her prior roles have given her experience in cross-functional collaboration, improving operational efficiency, and providing clear and concise communication to all stakeholders.

Prior to joining Trace Medical, Amy served as the Director of Project Management and Support Services for Genesis HealthCare’s Respiratory Health Services where she was responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of systems and processes for the Corporate Administration Team.  

Amy earned her BS in Business Administration from Towson University
